In our ancient scriptures, 'Annadhanam' (the donation of food) is celebrated as the most sacred duty of a human being. While other forms of charity may satisfy specific desires, only food brings total contentment and a heartfelt blessing from the receiver. Yet, everyday, helpless individuals on the streets struggle to find a single reliable meal. நமது சனாதன தர்மத்தில் 'அன்னதானம்' என்பது மனிதப் பிறவியின் மிக உன்னதமான கடமையாகப் போற்றப்படுகிறது. மற்ற தானங்கள் மனிதனின் குறிப்பிட்ட தேவைகளை மட்டுமே பூர்த்தி செய்யும்; ஆனால் உணவளிக்கும் போது மட்டுமே ஒருவன் முழுமையான திருப்தி அடைந்து மனதார வாழ்த்துகிறான். ஆனாலும், சாலையோரங்களில் ஆதரவின்றித் தவிக்கும் மக்கள் தினசரி ஒருவேளை உணவிற்காகக் கடுமையாகப் போராடுகின்றனர்.

Om Namasivaya Charitable Trust conducts daily, organized cooking drives in Kanyakumari. Our dedicated volunteers prepare hygienic, balanced, and warm meals in our community kitchens.
